Notarization Services

Nkosi Law offers the following notarization services:

• Affidavits and Statutory Declarations
• Letters of Invitation for purposes of obtaining a visitors visa to Canada
• Confirming Identity
• Marital Status
• Ownership of Property
• Change of Name Applications
• Consent to travel documents
• Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor (for passport applications)

Fees for notarization of documents are $35 for the first document and $20 for each subsequent document. Drafting of Affidavits, Statutory Declarations and Letters range from $50 to $100 depending on the document.

Evening and Weekend Appointments are available.
